We took 12 Beavers to the District Event at Raywell, over 600 Beavers from other colonies where there. At the opening ceremony the children watched a circus act which was funny. All the Beavers had a fantastic day out and we where blessed with the weather. The Beavers did lots of activities like go-karting, grass-sledging, beat the goalie, bouncy slides/castles, fun bus, launching rockets and they made lots of souvenirs to take home such as door hangers, book marks, dream catchers, rock painting, key-rings, decorating biscuits and much much more. They where extremely exciting at meeting Bear Grylls who came to visit, he arrived in a helicopter.
