Dear Parents,

On Monday 13.02.12 we will be undertaking a short night walk with the Scouts.  Each scout will need to bring with them warm clothes, waterproofs, shoes or boots, hat, gloves and a torch.  A small drink and snack may also be advisable.  We will be meeting at the usual time and aim to be back at the Scout Hut for 9.00pm.

I am in the process of updating our records.  It would be helpful if you could supply me with your email address (if you have one) and your mobile phone number so that I can send messages directly to you.  Often the Scouts forget to pass on letters and notes so a direct approach would be more effective.  Please can you email (peter@gilberdyke.net) or text (07779412114) your contact details to me.  (I’ll check them against what I have on file).
